- Orders below 5,000 LE - No Down payment
- Orders between 5,001 to 12,000 LE "30% Down payment"
- Orders above 12.0001 LE "50% Down payment"
- Customized orders "70% Down payment"
Cancellation and Deposit Refund
- Customer can cancel the order within 48 hours from paying down payment without any charge.
- Customer will be charged 75% of paid deposit if cancelled after 48 hours.
- Deposit refunded only through Bank transfer, No cash deposit refund
Replacement and Refund Policy
- Any faulty order received; “Ex.: Wrong dimensions, wrong specifications, wrong color, damages or any other production defects”, the order will be entitled to be replaced without any cost added to the customer.
- Customer should check the order for any defects or damage before the courier leaves, Defected or damaged products must be reported upon receiving the order and before the courier leaves. If not reported; no refund or replacement will be entitled to customer.
